Our client, a pioneer in BPaaS service provider, caters seamless automated services for all HR and Finance related requirements of an organization. They had issues with their test suite and had to manually execute the test cases every time in Azure DevOps and eventually update the test results over there. There was no holistic dashboard to look at the overall automation status of the project and the ongoing execution status of the regression suite. Even they had to spend lot of manual time and efforts with on-demand test execution.
